CursorGoblin on macOS 15.6 and later
The shipped CursorGoblin macOS target is macOS 15.6, so compatibility is macOS 15.6 or later. The app needs Accessibility permission because macOS gates the system-wide pointer events it uses for movement, left clicks, scrolling, and idle time.
Before you install
The final Apple download destination is still pending because the authoritative app source does not include its App Store listing ID; the download page will be updated when that external input is available.
- macOS 15.6 or later.
- A Mac where you can approve Accessibility access for CursorGoblin.
- No account is required for local tracking and reports.
Grant Accessibility permission
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, find CursorGoblin, and turn it on. Return to the app and restart it if macOS does not begin delivering events immediately. The permission enables the tracking mechanism; it is not a request to read typed text, capture screenshots, or inspect window contents.
Choose how it behaves
The app exposes a tracking toggle, a live or paused state, launch at login, and contextual nudge settings. Nudge frequency can be low, normal, or high. Settings also include reset today, reset all stats, and Restore Purchase.
Daily reports remain available through the most recent seven previous reports, and the menu bar can tell you when today’s report is ready.
